The WGA released the following negotiations update on Sunday 24th September 2023: We have reached a tentative agreement on a new 2023 MBA, which is to say an agreement in principle on all deal points, subject to drafting final contract language.

The National Board of the Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) has voted for strike action after its television, theatrical and streaming contracts expired without a deal.
