Calling all editors & assistants working on TV Dramas: join us to support the Live to Work Campaign and to improve your contract terms.
Workers in TV Drama are feeling the pinch in their personal time and the increasing demands of work. Bectu's negotiating reps have been working hard to make improvements to the terms of the Pact/Bectu TV Drama Agreement which dictate the contract terms for those working in this sector, but talks have stalled. Reps have now given notice to end the agreement if Pact and their members (producers and production companies) don't come to an agreement on the standards members have made clear they need to sustain working in the industry.
The Post Production & Facilities Branch of Bectu are inviting you and colleagues working in post on TV Dramas to attend this important town hall on how we can support the campaign to make the improvements that will make a big difference to you in your working life. Please register here so we can get an idea of numbers.
Please check out the Bectu Work to Live not Live to Work campaign here.
The meeting will open at 7pm, once registered for tickets you should receive a zoom link before the meeting.
